No. 27 — Text and effects
Add a watermark to a photo
Protect your photos before posting them or sending them to clients. Type your mark, set the opacity and place it anywhere, or repeat it across the photo.
Tap or drag on the photo to move the text.
How to use it
- Choose your photo.
- Type your mark, for example “© Your name” or your @handle.
- Set size and opacity; tap the photo to place it, or tick “Repeat across the photo”.
- Tap “Create image” and download it.
In a corner or repeated
A small mark in a corner looks elegant but can be cropped out. If you send sample photos to clients, repeating it across the photo makes it much harder to use without permission.
Questions and answers
Can I use my logo?
For now the watermark is text. If your logo is lettering, type your brand name.
Can the watermark be removed later?
Not from the downloaded file, so always keep your original photo without the mark.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Everything is processed inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Your photos never leave your device and nobody else can see them.
