Questions and answers
Is “passport size” the same everywhere?
Not always. The United States, for example, uses 2 × 2 in. If your document needs another size, type it in the passport photo maker.
Can I use it for a national ID card?
Only if the application asks for 35 × 45 mm. In many countries the office takes the photo on the spot; check your country’s rules.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Everything is processed inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Your photos never leave your device and nobody else can see them.
