How to use it
- Choose one or more images.
- Move “Size” or tap a quick size, like “For WhatsApp”.
- If exact dimensions are required, open “Exact size (pixels)”.
- Download the result.
What does “keep aspect ratio” mean?
That the photo isn’t stretched or squashed: change the width and the height follows in proportion. Untick it and the image takes exactly the width and height you type, even if it distorts.
Common sizes
Instagram post: 1080 × 1080 px. Story or Reel: 1080 × 1920 px. YouTube thumbnail: 1280 × 720 px. Website photos: 1200 to 2000 px wide.
Questions and answers
Can I make an image bigger?
Yes, but enlarging doesn’t add detail, so it will look blurrier. It works best for making images smaller.
Does this reduce the file size?
Yes: fewer pixels means a smaller file. If you need an exact size in KB, use compress image.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Everything is processed inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Your photos never leave your device and nobody else can see them.
